This is the closest I can get to this month’s full moon:

While husband is busy web conferencing from ActConferencing.com, I had the chance to take a look at the full moon that nigth and that’s what I got.. of course after so many tries. My tripod’s not working properly so it took me a couple of shots before I finally got a stable one.

Now this makes me wish I have a powerful zoom lens!

I have seen a lot of photography effects and most of them are pay per download. I need to purchase it to use it and not only that, most effects are for Photoshop. I am using GIMP as my photo editor. Still no time to learn about Photosop. And because of that, I had to rely on tutorials for effects that I want.

Facebook Cover Photos

When Facebook started the Timeline, I was one of the many users that hates it and defies it as much as I can.. then Facebook had it on me and made a timeline o my profile without my knowledge and boy, I was a bit shocked then a few more weeks, I started loving it! I think it’s the wisest move FB has ever done, specially the cover photo! weeeeeh it’s a total show off! And a very good way to advertise a product, say you’re selling basement flooring, just put the flooring as your cover photo and leave it as it is, don’t put texts.

HTC: My Back Up Camera

Yesterday we went to La Mesa Eco Park and thanks to my sister who forgot to charge my DSLR camera, I discovered that my HTC is still one of the best phone I got. I will never ever wish for an Iphone.. hahah

Here are some of the photos during the trip.. and my HTC didn’t disappoint me.. in fact some of the shots are way better than I expected it to be..

I just adjust the setting, since HTC phone has options for white balance, contrast, brightness and the likes.

After our trip I feel so inspired to write anything.. and I even had time to learn about apidextra side effects as well as know more about diet pills and other weight loss supplements.

Easter Invitation Card

Last Easter, we had a small party and egg hunting activity here.. and with that, I made a cute little card for our party:

It’s not digital scrapping but real photo, I only out some texts on it. Those flowers, I made using paper plates and colored it with watercolor. It would scale badly on a mettler balances because the watercolor is really thick. The bunny ears, we also made it, from white Cartolina and pink paper. I asked my first born to wear the bunny ears while the other boys hold the flowers and voila!
