It has so many branches. And since I love food, I might as well learn the art of food photography. As I read on, they always say that the key to a perfect picture shot is the lighting and the angle. I still have to learn what other lighting I can use. So far, the best food photo I got was that of a Salmon dish. The colors are great in that photo and the contrast are just right. The tutorials are true, the lighting is the key.I just used the sun as my lighting, took it outside at noon time. Aside from that, the food was great (LOL), if not for my son who constantly bug me about garretts metal detectors, I would have finished it all (good thing still, I was able to save some for my dear husband).

Another thing I learned about Food Photography is that it will take a lot of subjects or food for that matter before you can come up with a poster perfect shot. I would love to accomplish that someday.

Love it when I bring my d60 to farmer’s market.. I am still nervous taking pics at public places, but I’ll get the hang of it for sure.
