Reminiscing my childhood days and I can’t help but be nostalgic about it.. after seeing some of our old photos on the net.. makes me look back and missed my grandmother. When I was a kid I never had the chance to buy birthday gift for grandma, there was a time that I will give her flowers for mother’s day or her birthday but never a gift.

Now that I have kids, I want to be as much close as possible to my mom. I want them to love my mother the way I love her. She is their grandmother and I hope that they would form a bond that will never be broken.

Photos with flash looks so flat to me and very lifeless too. I love the drama of warn shots due to low light. I also like the grains on night photos.. but I specially like a not so obvious blurred when the subject suddenly moves. I said not so obvious OK, a little blurred adds.. but a blurry picture deserves to be on the trash folder.

The photo above, of course, deserves to be here.. the blurred part adds drama and character to the photo..

Another reason I am posting this is, except that she is my favorite subject (hahaha), I really liked the color combination of this photo.. it’s my favorite colors.. green and violet :)

My two boys together with their cousin Kieth, was enrolled in a basketball camp last summer. I thought Mico would show interest in basketball, sine he is the tallest, turns out, it was Mahat (who’s the shortest) who is into basketball. He is really serious on playing basketball. I hope he ca make it to his school’s basketball team. I know in time I have to invest on basketball knee braces to prevent him from getting injured.

The photo above is intended for his blog..(excuse the mess on the background. I just experimented with making the layer transparent..) and as expected, he wants it to be about basketball!

Any pose, even if they are crying or laughing, they still look so good. One time, while I was applying my weight loss cream, I just had to stop it because my son was making this cute funny faces and I just need to take a photo of him. He is so adorable and so cute! I knew people in this field would agree to me that kids are one of the best subject and the easiest one too.
